Amy founded Architech after seeing first-hand that so many high-potential companies were being strangled by their own technology. The pattern was consistent: organisations adopted new technologies expecting transformation, but instead of fixing underlying problems, the technology amplified them. The result was systemic complexity rather than progress.

Amy’s approach is different. She understands that digital transformation is less about the digital and more about the transformation of people, systems, and culture. She thinks deeply in systems, recognising that change is not an event; change is a process. And it requires leaders to step into courage and lead with clarity.

Her work brings together engineering logic and human emotion, because technology on its own is never enough. The missing ingredient is taste. To build enduring companies, you need an intuitive grasp of human need, and the ability to design systems that feel as good as they work.

Amy is a business transformation specialist and an expert in human–machine collaboration. She is a Chartered Accountant (SA), holds an MBA (cum laude), and is completing a PhD in AI and organisational transformation. Her work helps organisations combine human judgement and machine intelligence to unleash competitive advantage.
